Throughout his career, Raj Kumar has championed the integration of technology and ecology, recognising that technological innovation is not merely an option but a necessity for humanity’s resilience and survival. He has led pioneering initiatives demonstrating how data-driven strategies and community engagement can advance social equity and ecological restoration.
In an era defined by rapid disruption, he believes the true challenge lies in designing human-centered responses grounded in the philosophy of a regenerative economy—an economy that restores, renews, and uplifts.

A marketing guru in his own right, Rajieve has spent his entire professional life working with major brands across the globe. His extensive experience engaging with communities in India, Tanzania, and East Africa gives him unique skills as a community development strategist.
A lifelong learner and a firm believer in creating learning opportunities for those excluded from the digital world, Rajieve is a bundle of energy in his after-years, bubbling with ideas and inspiring today’s entrepreneurs. Actively involved with many social enterprises, he enjoys mentoring, volunteering, sharing experiences, and imparting education as his commitment to giving back to society.

A designer at heart, Vaanchhita is a professionally trained UI/UX and graphic designer. Alongside her disciplined training, she actively engages in diverse freelance design projects.
In her young professional career, she has designed websites for major apparel brands and created brand identity and digital presence for a leading fabric start-up.
Her experience working with communities and applying design thinking principles brings a unique approach to designing responses to disruptions in the post-COVID world.

Compassion Unlimited describes Nidhi’s social presence over the last few decades. Her remarkable problem-solving skills make her the person everyone turns to in times of difficulty.
Her wide-ranging experience in addressing community issues and teaching mathematics shapes her approach to designing digital delivery of education in the post-COVID world.
Currently, she is developing augmented reality and virtual reality-based mathematics, science, and life skills content, with the goal of delivering this innovative learning to communities still excluded from Digital India. Ensuring every child has access to these resources remains her dream.
